Marcel is a French Patisserie focusing on caramels presented in an elegant packaging.
The pastry chef, Denis Charillat, learned his craft in France where he grew up.
We currently operate from a commercial kitchen in Toronto.
FAQs
Where do you deliver? Toronto.
Cost of delivery? $8 Central Toronto, $12 Downtown Toronto, $10 East Toronto and $12 West Toronto.
When do you deliver? We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. You need to place your order 72 hours in advance.
Pickup options ? We don’t offer pickup options at the moment.
Can you ship my order since I don’t live in Toronto? We currently do not offer shipment outside of Toronto.
Caramel preservation? You can preserve the caramels up to 2 months after reception. The ideal temperature preservation is between 14°C and 18°C and around 20°C for tasting. Consume our caramels as soon as you receive them as they will be the most unctuous at this moment. Keep them away from heat sources and humidity.
